Das Cheap Shipping:

We ship cheap, real cheap. However sometimes depending on the locations in which some of our world-wide customers may be will require a upgraded method of shipping in order for their item(s) to reach them by a specified date.


Orders are shipped within 12-24 hours of validation. Validation includes verifying your order's billing and shipping information alongside readying your product(s) for packaging. Validation takes in most cases 24 hours (Unless we run into a billing error and in that case we will contact you), and does not take place on weekends or holidays. So for instance if you were to place an order on Friday after 5pm PST. your order would not begin the validation process until Monday or the next business day available at 9am PSt in the even of a national holiday.

Please keep in mind the validation time when choosing your shipping menthods.








Das Hassle Free Returns:


WE believe that sometimes it's just not what you expected. So Das Cheap has the following Return Policy:

Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return.

As per Game System Manufacturer requests manufacturer's warranties apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days of receipt.








We do not accept returns of:
  • Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date on the packing slip.
  • Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any product(s) not in its original condition.
  • Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
  • Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

All returns not adhering to the above policy will be judged on a case by case basis and will be credited with a Das Cheap store credit added to the account.
